My favorite type of animated projects have comedy and heart. My passions are hilarious visual gags, goofy expressions, and snappy acting. I strive to be an empathetic and reliable leader, and it’s my mission to make sure that everyone feels supported as we work towards executing the series vision!

After graduating from Sheridan College with a bachelor’s in Animation, Ashlyn has worked at major studios including Netflix, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros, and Nickelodeon. More than a decade of experience in storyboarding and directing for animated series, with a wide range of experience in both 2D and 3D, scripted and board-driven, 6-11 and preschool.

Ashlyn has sold projects to Nickelodeon, CBS/219 Productions, Cartoon Network, Disney, and Atomic Cartoons. Additionally, she’s consulted and provided development services (including co-developing) on many projects. She continues to pitch projects. She also loves working on literary and existing IP, and helping writers find the perfect unique style for their show. As a multi-hyphenate storyboard artist, director, and writer, she is able to cover all areas of development.
